I don't know if you people know this, but Kate is a Ladybug! That's right! She started her brand new class at the UNLV preschool this morning. This is a BIG deal, seriously. She gets to go to the "big" side of the preschool with the "big" kids where naptime is... OPTIONAL! Yikes! Is my daughter really ready for such responsibilities?
We outfitted her in a Ladybug shirt, completely appropriate for her first day of school. She seemed a little apprehensive at first...
...but then she flashed her darling little smile, showing me she's a brave girl afterall.
New clothes, new lunchbox, new classroom, new teacher. Ahh, what a fun first day of school!
