Raising Cane's: A little taste of "home"

Back in Las Vegas, our best friends, the Childs, turned us on to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.  When one opened up next to UNLV, we would grab quick dinners there after work and school.  The menu isn't complicated: chicken fingers, fries, and the BEST sauce ever in the whole wide world.  We haven't eaten there in more than a year since we moved to Texas.  Not sure why, since they totally have Raising Cane's here.  However, the closest one is about 45 minutes from our house.
Recently, we ventured to another part of DFW for a trip to Ikea, and since we were in the neighborhood, we stopped at this favorite eatery.
It was soooo yummy!
You know there are just some places that bring back good memories?  This is one of those places for us.
AND...
one is being built right down the street from our house!!!!!
Our lives just got a bit more complete. :)

Such a fun little outing with the family.

Is this where we went after Mike's graduation? I can't remember but it sounds good.
Also, seeing the photo of you here reminds me you have not posted ANY pregnant photos on your blog and I, for one, would like to see some. I'd almost forgotten what you look like, you know? :)
