Okay, WHY in the world do we buy toys for Kate? She has books, loads of toys, puzzles, play dough, you name it. Yet all she wants to do, the only thing she will "play" with at home, is Kramer's dog food! And it's not just her. The other day, her little buddy Seth was over, and they took turns throwing handfuls of poor Kramer's food out in the back yard, and laughing like it was the funnest activity in the entire world!
Pictured below: Kate's recent ambush on Kramer's food and water. Kramer was left to pick up the pieces and fish the food out of his water bowl. We have tried repeatedly to get her to leave that food alone, and unless we put it far away so even Kramer can't get to it, she will ALWAYS find a way to stick her toes in the water or plunge her hands deep into the bowl of food and toss it all over the floor. And I try, really I do, to discipline her. But she laughs and giggles, and it's so funny that I have a hard time getting mad at her. And then to watch Kramer try to defend his bowl is even more hilarious, because he's such a wimp that he just watches her destroy his meal. Ahhh, good times.

So TURE! It's like kids and boxes. You go out and buy the big plastic playhouse. You know, the one from Play-School or whatnot, you put it up, and all they want to play in is -- the box the washing machine came in!
It must be the thing to do if you have a dog. Gavin does the same thing it drives me NUTS!!! But he's still in the stage where he eats it. I don't get it he wont eat chocolate chip cookies but he will eat dog food.
