Sharp Fam Visit

Having Mike's family here for his birthday weekend was great fun! Kate met her newest cousin, Shaelynn, for the first time. We're happy Shaelynn is doing so well after being so sick! Kate absolutely adored her. Do you see how badly she needs a baby brother or sister? (no that's not an announcement, and no I don't have anything to announce!)

We also enjoyed spending some time down on the Strip, doing the "Vegas" thing. Sometimes we get so caught up in our own daily routine that I actually forget we live in such a fun playground!

We ate an extremely over-priced lunch at Rainforest Cafe. Not great. They changed the menu and raised the prices.

Gag. But still fun!

Then we checked out the lions at MGM Grand. Kate was directly underneath this sleepy lion. She thought that was quite cool!

Then we swam at Circus Circus. It was freezing, so we kept ourselves warm in the hot tub.

The last night Mike's sister, Michelle was at our house, we had family home evening, where Mike taught about prayer. Here's all the kids demonstrating how to fold their arms bow their heads, and close their eyes. So cute!
