I'm a day behind, but I wanted to wish my dear Mike a Happy Anniversary. Nine years has gone by rather quickly. Four moves, two children, four jobs, one dog (RIP Kramer...), countless fights (what?!?) and countless other make-ups. We've had lots of fun experiences, and the adventures are just beginning.
Last night we left the children with my parents who are visiting so we could go out to dinner. We settled on Johnny Carino's, which totally reminds me of our dating life in Idaho Falls. Over warm bread, salads and pasta we made some goals for the next year. Service was waaaayyyy slow, but we didn't mind. We sat for a long time, reminiscing and planning for our future.
Very fun indeed.

It's been an anguishing few weeks to say the least.
What will go down in our family history as "Decision 2011" has finally been made.
Whew. We're so excited to be staying right here in Texas for the time being, and are grateful for Heavenly Father's guidance in our marriage and in our lives.
And as my Grandpa Petty always said... once a decision is made, look to the future and never look back. Excellent advice. So here's to the future!!!

Happy belated anniversary! We love you guys. We will definitely be missing you, but we know that you have to follow the spirit. What a comfort it is to know that we can be guided as we listen.
